Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Once a purchase is made, we will ship out your order within 5 business days. We offer free shipping in the continental US.
One your order is shipped you receive an email with tracking information.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or items damaged during shipping.
Duty is not included in price and is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to start a return please note you may do so within 7 days of the item being received if you meet our return criteria.
First, send an email to hello@shop-jamiehaller.com and write the word “return” in the header. We cannot accept returns without being contacted first.
Please note we cannot accept returns for worn items. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unused with all original tags and in the original box. Shoes may not show signs of wear on the soles or have protective film damaged or removed.
Items shipping internationally are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
There will be a $15 restocking fee as well as a $15 return shipping fee to be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
The same process and guidelines regarding returns apply to exchanges as well. Please send an email with the word “Exchange” in the subject.
Once your item is received, assuming it is in original new condition without damages, we will take 3 days to process your exchange. We will send you a shipping confirmation once your item has been sent.
There is no restocking fees for exchanges, unless the exchange is returned.

Caring For Your Handbags
Our handbags are made from Italian skins. Their beauty rests in the leather’s finish and handfeel. It will develop a patina over time. This is part of the beauty of a more naked skin, much like an unlacquered brass or raw denim, it will become your own creation over time. Markings, discoloration from wear and from being worn will create a one of a kind appearance that will tell the story of your time. It is not possible to guarantee that it’s appearance will remain unchanged with use.
To prevent any color transfer, we recommend avoiding direct contact with clothing and other surfaces of contrast color. Please avoid leaving your bag in sunlight as direct sun can cause discoloration. Please avoid water and wet areas as this can lead to the skin being damaged or water stains. Please protect metal surfaces from liquids, chemicals and impacts against hard surfaces.
Please also note that my handbags are handmade. Because they are handmade, they will have minor inconsistencies from bag to bag. If you have an issue, please reach out. Each handbag is individually checked for quality before it leaves Italy.
If needed, please use professional leather care only.
Store in a dust bag when not in use.
