Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for replacement of your purchased items if your shipment is lost or stolen or damaged in transit. We encourage you to sign up for our insurance. If you fail to pay for the insurance, we cannot help you if your item is lost or stolen. Outside of assistance with tracking your item, we do not guarantee shipments made by mail or delivery service. If UPS shows a package as delivered and you do not have it, we do not offer replacement. We encourage you to ensure your package.

All Orders

For all orders, please allow 1-2 business days for processing regardless of the shipping speed selected. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders placed before 1pm ET will start processing at our fulfillment center the same day. Orders placed after 1pm PST will start processing the next business day.

Our lead times should be referred to as a guide only and may be subject to change, due to circumstances outside our control, including supply-side or third-party courier delays. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to any reason such as inventory fluctuations, in which case all funds paid will be returned.

US Shipping:

We offer free one-way shipping in the continental US using UPS ground service. You may choose expedited shipping and pay the alternative amount, in check out, if you wish.

International Shipping:

For all orders, please allow 1-2 business days for processing regardless of the shipping speed selected. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

We ship to the international locations offered on our website. We do not allow returns or exchanges for international shipments. All shipping is handled by a third-party vendor Global E, as are customs, duty and tax charges. If you need help with your international order through Global E click here.

Jamie Haller INC is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or shipping related expenses for international shipments. Please see the third parties terms and conditions in the check-out process for specific information.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and your order will not be eligible for a refund.

An international order cannot be canceled once the package is in transit.

Duties & taxes for international shipments:

For countries on our DDP list, please note that duties and taxes are included in the product price which is shown on the product page as well as checkout. For countries on our DDU list, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and you will have the option to pay for these fees at checkout or upon delivery.

Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable for international returns where they're charged at checkout. However, you may be able to recover these fees by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
