Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to start a return or exchange please note you may do so within 7 days of the item being received if you meet our return criteria.
There will be a $15 restocking fee & and a $15 fee for the label to be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees are waived for an exchange or if you keep at least one item from your original order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us at hello@shop-jamiehaller.com to submit your request. Please allow 24-48 hours for your request to be processed. Once approved, you will receive a label and packing slip to include in your package when you ship your item back to us. Using the label provided, please drop it off at a UPS location.
If you have any questions about an item, or an item you wanted is out of stock, please feel free to contact us at hello@shop-jamiehaller.com and we would be happy to assist.
Carefully repack your order with their original packaging if possible and mail back to us within 7 days of label receipt. Please use the prepaid UPS label we provide to ship your items back and include the packing slip in the box.

Return Eligibility:
Please note we cannot accept returns for worn items. Items must not have been used for personal or promotional purposes in photography shoots, social media, or commercially. Jamie Haller reserves the right to monitor and restrict customer returns based on high frequency or abnormal and/or suspicious patterns.
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unused with all original tags and in the original box. Shoes may not show signs of wear on the soles or have protective film damaged or removed. Shoes are not returnable once their plastic sole protection has been removed. We cannot accept a return if there is damage to the shoe or shoe box.
Jewelry: Jewelry cannot be returned but we do allow for size exchanges as available.
When trying on our shoes, please be sure to wear them on a clean surface to prevent any damage or wear to the soles. If the shoes are returned and there are marks, a full refund may not be possible.
Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny a return, refund, or exchange if we feel the items do not meet our return eligibility mentioned above.
Non-Returnable Items:
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not able to be returned.
Presale/Preorder Items: Items ordered as Presale or Preorder cannot be returned for a refund as the presale item is made for you, however we will work with you to find a better size if needed or alternative product if you are not happy. We will permit an exchange, unless otherwise specified on the product page. If no item can be identified, a website credit can be issued.
International Orders: Items shipping internationally are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We might offer an exchange, however the customer is liable for shipping, duties, and taxes for shipping the item back to us as well as shipping the new order to them.
Retailer Purchases: Items purchased from a retailer are not able to be returned to us and a return must be initiated through that retailer.
