One your order is shipped you receive an email with tracking information.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or items damaged during shipping.
Duty is not included in price and is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
Jewelry cannot be returned but we do allow for size exchanges as available.
Exchanges
Holiday Exchanges: Orders placed 12/2 through 12/25 will have until 1/7 to exchange.
The same process and guidelines regarding returns apply to exchanges as well. Please send an email with the word “Exchange” in the subject.
Once your item is received, assuming it is in original new condition without damages, we will take 3 days to process your exchange. We will send you a shipping confirmation once your item has been sent.
There is no restocking fees for exchanges, unless the exchange is returned.

Caring For Your Handmade Jewelry
The semi precious stones are natural and hand cut. Please note, the color, shades and details of this natural stone may vary from one creation to another.
For plated jewelry, we suggest storing them in your soft Jamie Haller pouch. It is also advised to store in them a cool dry place. Avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower. Remove when exercising or other strenuous activity. Avoid harsh chemicals such as cleaning products, aerosols and hair sprays. It could damage the plating. We recommend cleaning your jewelry with a soft cloth. Avoid polishing the ring with hard polishing cloths, they will strip the luster from the piece. Plated jewelry will naturally patina and the finish may fade with wear. This is the nature of all gold plated jewelry.
Jamie Haller is not responsible for changes that occur in the plating due to time, maintenance or improper care of the jewelry.
Please note you should order based on your known ring size. We are only offering in whole sizes at this time. You could order a ring sizer online, or visit your local jeweler and request to be measured.
