Shipping

Once a purchase is made, we will ship out your order within 5 business days. We offer free shipping in the continental US.

One your order is shipped you receive an email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or items damaged during shipping.

Duty is not included in price and is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to start a return please note you may do so within 7 days of the item being received if you meet our return criteria.

First, send an email to hello@shop-jamiehaller.com and write the word “return” in the header. We cannot accept returns without being contacted first.

Please note we cannot accept returns for worn items. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unused with all original tags and in the original box. Shoes may not show signs of wear on the soles or have protective film damaged or removed.

Items shipping internationally are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. 

There will be a $15 restocking fee as well as a $15 return shipping fee to be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
The same process and guidelines regarding returns apply to exchanges as well. Please send an email with the word “Exchange” in the subject.

Once your item is received, assuming it is in original new condition without damages, we will take 3 days to process your exchange. We will send you a shipping confirmation once your item has been sent.

There is no restocking fees for exchanges, unless the exchange is returned.

I am an 8.5-9 US and I tried the 39 and 40. And you know.. they both fit lovely. I ended up taking the 39, because the leather is so so soft, it basically just immediately gives and it will stretch a little. The 39 was like a glove. The 40 had a little ease. If I was wide, maybe I would go with the 40, but the glove like fit of the 39 felt perfect. If you want to wear them pushed down on the heel, sometimes you size up in an open back, that might be your preference. I don't like the feeling of the heel hanging off.. but I didn't have it in this. If you like it glove like, go true to size. If you want a little ease, size up. If you are a half size, size up. This leather will stretch a little with wear, maybe 1/2 size.
